Person in charge said it was opened on 11/2/15 over 24 hours. (corrected on site-milk properly labeled) In Frigidaire reach in cooler, a container of hominy and a container of cooked stew vegetable did not have prep date. Person in charge said both were opened and cooked on 11/1/15. (corrected on site-both containers properly dated) In Roper reach in cooler, a container of beef and a container of maisa did not have date marking. Person in charge said beef was cooked on 11/1/15 and maisa was prepared on 10/31/15.
