- KDA_3_50118A1 - --2 1/2 gallons of cooked chili dated 12/1/15, cooked chicken noodle dated 11/30/15 and six cooked breaded turkey fritters dated 11/19/15, all held greater than 7 days (located in the WIC) Discarded
- KDA_4_20211A2 - --One rubber spatula with a fractured chip out of the mixing end edge of the device. Corrected by trimming to smooth edge.
- KDA_4_204112B - --No ambient air temperature device in the east[Pepsi]wait station RIC. (milk was probed at 36) owner will provide for one there.
- KDA_5_20511B - --Hand sink in the kitchen had empty food containers, from filling the steam table stored and soaking the sink. Moved items to ware washing area.
- KDA_5_20513 - --In-line water filter to the ice maker was not labeled with most recent date of service or replacement. Owner showed copy of the most recent invoice for the serviced replacement, being 4-29-15. Marked the unit.
- KDA_6_20215A3 - --The screen door at the back entry has a 1 1/4 inch by 1 inch opening at the bottom of both corner ends that could allow entry of pest or rodents, as the inner door is remaining open. (No evidence of rodents.)
- KDA_7_20212A2 - --One spray can of[Hot Shot] Flying insect killer, located on shelf under the west bar area counter. Product has no statement for the allowed use in a food or food processing facility. [EPA#46515-48-8845] Removed and taken to storage area next to back entry door.

Upright[Kenmore]RIFreezer with foods-solid. WIFreezer east of the WIC with foods solid. Waitress station on the west part of the front dining area with two-door[Turbo-Air] RIC and shredded lettuce at 39. Wait station and the east end of dining near check out with one counter top[Pepsi]RIC with milk probed at 36. --Deep fried breaded chicken strips at 191 and 4 beef patties from grill at 191-200. ok --hot water at hand sink 128 ok --Roast Beef,Taco meat, chili, sausage gravy and the brown gravy was the coolest at 166. Corn on the stove top at 201.
