COS - the owner is moving this. KDA_7_20111B - --There is a squirt bottle of Germ-X hand sanitizer stored directly on top of the beer cooler where beer is stored. COS - the owner is moving this. KDA_Defacto - --On Counter: Sour Cream - 41.7 F Ribeye Steaks - 41.8 F White Cooler: Chopped Lettuce - 41.2 F Beef Cooler: Chopped Lettuce - 42.2 F Note - spoke to owner about the items on the counter being stored down in ice water rather than just sitting on top of ice.
