None of the packages had a consume by date, except 1. Manager said they were to be used to make chorizo. He was unsure of the dates that each package was initially opened. REPEATED. COS - manager disposed of the assorted deli meats in the trash can. NOTE: manager chose to dispose of the one date marked deli meat package as well. KDA_3_30211A1b - --In the display cooler (south of meat counter), packages of raw bacon were setting above RTE turkey franks and RTE chicken franks. REPEATED. COS - bacon was moved to bottom shelf. In display cooler (north of meat counter), raw sausage patties and raw sausage was setting above RTE smoked sausages, RTE kielbasa, RTE hot links and RTE hot dogs. REPEATED. COS - raw sausages moved to another cooler. In display cooler (north of meat counter), packages of raw bacon and raw bratwurst were setting above RTE sausage and RTE kielbasa. REPEATED. COS - RTE sausage and kielbasa moved to different location in cooler.
