Hoping the owner sees this. Jack in the box screwed up our order they didn't refund the amount they were supposed to. Called and started speaking to a manager and she started telling me to get my fucking ass up there and she might give me my fucking money she might fucking not. So I came up and tried talking to them she came out and first thing she said was get the fuck out. Tried talking to the other manager she just ignored me. One employee said call the number on the wall to give a formal complaint, come to find out it was the number for that store and they just kept picking up and hanging up the phone. Then they called the cops on me. I find this completely ridiculous and if someone knows someone higher up I could speak to I would highly appreciate it. Cause that lady should never talk to any customer like that.
