Observation: New wooden cupboards inside of the cabinets area have bare wood surface, not varnished or painted with the light color at least two coats to provide smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable surface. This is a repeating violation

Observation:New wooden cupboards have unsealed interior surfaces, must seal with at least two coats of light colored paint or varnish to make smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent all interior surfaces,ie shelves, supports, sidewalls, all wooden surfaces.
