Observation:There appears to be inadequate hot water supplied to restroom handsinks - owner states the water is tempered hot and cold

Observation:Observed spray arms in glass washer appear to be clogged - water is not spraying out therefore glasses are not sanitized.
- License required to operate a food establishment
Observation:Establishment opened after change of ownership Feb 15, 2013 - new owner opened without submitting food service establishment application and fee and opened without an inspection performed first. Assessed double fee, payment of $607.50 required.
- Water from a non public water system is sampled and tested at least annually and as required by state water quality regulations
Observation:Well water has not been tested for total coliform bacteria and nitrates
- Service sink required
Observation:There is no mop sink or service sink for approved disposal of mop water
- Beverage tubing, cold plates, and ice unit drain lines
Observation:Ice is dispensed from a mini picnic cooler in an ice bin that still has cold plate and beverage tubes.
- Foods prepared in a private home may not be used of offered for human consumption
Observation:Observed home-canned pickles in refrigerator, discarded, corrected on site.
