    Observation:Observed cut green beans in re-used bread wrapper in the kitchen refrigerator. Employee stated that a private individual donated these green beans, washed and cut in her home. Discussed requirement that foods prepared in a private home may not be used or offered for human consumption. Removed from kitchen, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed raw shell eggs stored on refrigerator shelf above ready to eat foods, and raw ground beef thawing on tray with container of ready to eat foods - separated, corrected on site.

    Observation:There was no detectable level of sanitizer in dishwashing machine - the container was nearly empty, the liquid in the container was nearly colorless. New container was connected to machine and line was primed, corrected on site.
