    Observation:There is no thermometer in black refrigerator where milk is stored.
  • Plumbing system maintained in good repair
    Observation:Observed sinks backing up when hands are washed - water backs up into the adjacent sinks.

    Observation:License expired February 2015. A renewal form was given to the person in charge, double fee is required to be paid.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation:There are no test papers to monitor sanitizer concentration.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation:Insulation is exposed in walk-in cooler, surfaces not washable and non-absorbent.
  • Food shall be obtained from sources that comply with law
    Observation:Observed home canned jalapeno slices and beans in jars in refrigerators, removed from site, corrected on site.
