Establishment withut a working hand wash sink. A sink is available in the kitchen, however, is not working. THIS HAVE BEEN A REPEATED VIOLATION OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS. LCHD IS REQUESTING A CORRECTION PLAN FOR THIS VIOLATION WITH ADEQUATE TIME FRAMES TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE NEXT 10 DAYS.
