Observation: One wet mop was not properly air-drying. After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, EQUIPMENT, or supplies. Owner was educated and verbalized understanding. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Observation: The rinse side of the 3 compartment sink has a smal leak when draining. The owner called a licenced plumber to repair during this inspection. Owner reported the plumber will repair today. Shall send letter of correction with a invoice/bill when repaired with in 1 week.

Observation: Several areas have "CLEAN OUTS" which need to have a cover to provide a smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent surface. There are 7 areas in the food establishment to install, two at the handwashing sink, one at the pillar by the shelves,two at the 3 tank sink, one by the food preparation sink and one by the service sink.

Need to have the above areas re-surfaced to provide a smooth,cleanable nonabsorbent surface.

Observation: At the pass thru area below the sign that one cupcake place has wood on the left side that is very rough and is not smooth, cleanable and nonabsorbent surface. REMOVE THIS PIECE OF WOOD.
