    Observation: ingredient labels missing on several products packaged in store for retail sale (cobbler, soup, cran salad)

    Observation: ham slices on top shelf in meat retail case were 51.5deg today. They are stacked very high and the air doesn't seem to flow well into this corner of the case.

    Observation: allergen information missing on several products packaged in store for retail sale (cobbler, soup, fried chicken)
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation: slicer has food buildup just around blade shield which may come in contact with food. Needs a more detailed cleaning

    Observation: Cold case in deli was out of temp today on some foods. Potato salad was ok at 41deg but lunchmeat on top shelf was 50.1deg, cheese slices 48.9deg and tomato slices 48.7deg. Unit thermometer showed 46deg. May need adjusted or serviced.

    Observation: slicer in deli needs to be disassembled and the guard deep cleaned
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: upright freezer in deli needs cleaned and defrosted
