Observation:1)Reseal the worn wooden areas of the kitchen backsplash areas to make water resistant again. 2)Men's RR door is damaged and needs to be replaced to have a smooth, cleanable surface again. 3)Floor behind bar and kitchen area has some missing laminate and tile areas, repair to make all surfaces smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent, and protect the subfloor from moisture damage. 4)Provide floor wall coving along walls in kitchen to aid cleaning. 5)Ceiling area in kitchen, by light, is peeling some, repair to prevent paint chips falling into sink area and foods.
- Light bulbs, protective shielding
Observation:Has uncoated bulb in fixture above sinks, near the soda tower and inside the walk in cooler in the basement, provide coated to bulb to help prevent shattering.
- Handwashing cleanser, availability
Observation:Using dish detergent for handsoap, must provide hand soap for handwashing.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation:Able to see light showing through edges of doors, must seal to prevent pests from entering.

Raw burgers and tendloins stored above vegetables and other ready-to-eat foods (foods that will not be cooked and are ready for service). Must stored raw meat below ready-to-eat foods to prevent cross-contamination. Corrected by education.
- Sanitization of food contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
Solution in bleach-water spray bottles was not bleach. no sanitizer was detected. No sanitizer found for 3 compartment sink area in kitchen. May use chlorine tablet at bar 3 compartment sink for kitchen 3 compartment sink warewashing. Must have adequate sanitizer available for use at all times and correctly labeled. Corrected on site.

1) Floor tile missing in bar and kitchen area. Replace to make smooth and easily cleanable. REPEAT VIOLATION. Must sheild or provdied shatter resistant lights for 2) left light bulb in reach-in beer cooler 3) Light in fridge for food storage

Inside pop nozzles is mold growth. Take off blue part of nozzle and sanitizer area frequently to prevent build-up. Corrected with education.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Provide chlorine test strips for bleach-water and chlorine tablet sanitizers. Solutions must be maintained 50-100ppm.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
1) Duct tape is used t old together shelf in fridge for food storage. Must repair to make surface easily cleanable . 2) Door gasket for reach-in beer bottle cooler is worn and torn. Replace to maintain unit in good repair.
- Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
