Observation: True reach in beer cooler by 3 hole sink has standing water inside.

- Food on display is protected from contamination by consumers
Observation: Container of sugar had several flies trapped within it. Container was left open earlier. Must keep food stored in a safe and covered container. Corrected on site.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation: Both entrance doors were open during inspection. Must keep doors closed or provide self-closing screen doors to prevent pest entry. Deb has doors and waiting to install.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: Some tiles by compartment sink in bar area and near cooler in back room are cracked. Replace to make smooth and easily cleanable.

- Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
Sanitizer for washing glasses was too weak (10ppm) Must be maintained 50-100ppm. Use chlorine test strips frequently to ensure proper concentration. Corrected on site.
- In-use utensils, between-use storage
pop corn scoop stored on top ice popcorn machine. Store on a cleanable surface or provide a scopp holer to prevent contamination.
- Handwashing cleanser, availability
No hand soap next to kitchen hand sink.Must provide hand soap at all hand sink for proper hand washing. Corrected.
- Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above
Black and Decker mini fridge was 39 degrees in back of cooler but 50 dgrees in front. Ice build-up in back (fridge over-working). Remove ice and ensure unit maintains 41 degrees or below at all times or replace with a commercial grade cooler. Do not keep and potentially hazardous food in cooler unless can maintain proper temperature. (No food kept in cooler- owner will replace)
- Drainboards, utensil racks, or tables are provided for soiled and clean utensils
Provide area for dirty dishes to be stored. (Has drying rack for clean but not for dirty). Dirty dishes can not be stored in rinse or sanitize sink compartments (may contaminate).
- Outer openings are protected
1) Both entrance doors open during inspection. Several flies in facility and kitchen area. Keep doors closed or provide a screen door with a slef-closure to prevent pest entry. 2) Replace door sweep on back door to basement to prevent pest entry.
