Observation:Observed cut lettuce stored in prep cooler that is not functioning properly, lettuce was 51 degrees. Top half of unit appears to be working, but the bottom half was at 60 degrees.

Observation:Establishment uses hot water to clean the ice cream machine, there is no sanitizer available.
