    Observation:Observed coffee cup in bar handsink, removed, corrected.
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation:Kitchen refrigerator showed 55 degrees - observed thick ice buildup on back of condenser. Food in unit was at 55 and 56 degrees - meat and cheese discarded, unit unplugged to melt ice. Corrected on site.

    Establishment uses a cleanser in third bar sink as a sanitizer - this chemical is not approved as a sanitizer. Corrected. --Dishes and utensils are washed in the domestic dishwashing machine - dishes and utensils are not sanitized. Corrected.
  • Mechanical warewashing machine pressure measuring devices, data plate, internal baffles, and flow pressure device
    The establishment uses a domestic dishwashing machine - there are three sinks available to wash/rinse/sanitize dishes and utensils.

    Observed box of chips on floor at the bar.
  • Food temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1°C or ±2°F in the intended range of use
    One thermometer in bar cooler showed 47 degrees, the other thermometer showed 64 degrees, actual air temperature was 37 degrees.

    The establishment uses a domestic dishwashing machine - there are three sinks available to wash/rinse/sanitize dishes and utensils.
