    Observation:Observed dried sticky substance on more than one area of the food walk-in cooler floor.

    Observation:Observed ham slices and diced ham in undated containers that were prepared yesterday, dated, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed large garbage can blocking access to kitchen sink - corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed unlabeled spray bottle of bleach water in kitchen, labeled, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed cooked roast beef in undated container and taco meat beyond 7-day use-by date - both meats discarded, corrected on site.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation:Base of kitchen walls are not smooth and easily cleanable.
  • Service sink required
    Observation:Mop sink was removed, there is no alternative mop sink/service sink with hot and cold running water and drain.
