Observation: Rotella T oil observed above ready to eat foods in back storage. Corrected on site by moving ready to eat foods out from under oil.

Observation: Meat and cheese topped Pizza are on a proofing rack observed ambient temperature for unspecified time. Procedure reviewed and length of time in danger zone not identified.

- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Soft serve machine hoppers are running warm and soft serve mix is out of temperature. Vanilla mix measured 66.3 degrees and chocolate mix measured 78.6 degrees. Unit was taken out of service pending repair.

Observation: Storage of pizza pans next to handsink in prep area and are exposed to splash during hand washing. Relocate rack farther away from from handsink.
- Utensils and pressure measuring devices maintained
Observation: Wash solution temperature gauge on LVO in bakery was reading 8.2 at inspection. Either was solution is too low or gauge is reading incorrectly.
