Firm reseals previosly seal ROP bags (example ravioli) which requires a variance. Discontinue heat resealing bags until variance is obtained.

Non-critical Faucet leaking on mop sink and handwashing sink near fountain pop.
- Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above
Cut tomatoes on line in ice bath measured 50.5 degrees (ice not hitting pan) Staff did say product is discarded after four hours however time was not tracked at that station. Temperature must be 41 degrees or less or time may be used as a public health control provided criteria are met for time as a control. Corrected at time of inspection
