Observation: The towel dispensor by the hand sink had no towel available for drying hands. Corrected on site by replacing towels. There are also no paper towels to dry hands at the hand sink by the waitress station.

Observation: The sanitizer registered zero in the container used for the wiping cloths. Corrected on site by adding sanitizer to wiping cloths container.

Observation: There were raw shell eggs stored over cooked bacon and sausage in the walk in cooler by the kitchen. Corrected on site by moving to a different shelf.

Observation: There are many foods in the reach in prep table cooler and the walk in cooler in the kitchen that are not date marked. Initiated correctection on site by date marking foods.

Observed no datemarking - Foods where the prep date was unknown were disposed of and all others were dated while onsite. Daily procedures MUST include routine datmarking of food that is time and temperature controlled for safety.

Observed soiled ice storage bin in the waitress station - cleaned while onsite.

Observed zero ppm chlorine as sanitizer for the mechanical ware washing machine. Repairman called and repairs will be made yet today or dish ware shall be manually sanitized until repairs can be made.

Menu currently overstates meats, fish and seafood that can be cooked to order. Menu will be updated with needed corrections. Please contact inspector for an accuracy review before sending to print.
