Observation: Bodily Fluids clean up procedure was not available at time of inspection. Manager posted approved procedures and introduced clean up procedures to staff at time of inspection.

Observation:)Observed employees preparing food that were not wearing any kind of facial hair restraint. FOOD EMPLOYEES shall wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed FOOD
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation: Debris build up on and around fryer area and shelf next to fryer. Dust build up on the walk in cooler fan guards.

Observation: Wood table surface used for food slicer is not smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other FOOD soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a CORROSION-RESISTANT, nonabsorbent, and SMOOTH material.
