Observation: One plastic container of "ZAP" exceeded 200 ppm, this type of sanitizer shall be maintained at 200 ppm. Per manufacturer label. CORRECTED ON SITE.

- Condiments are protected from contamination by consumers
Tarter sauce was sitting out in a dish without cover. All food must be protected from consumer contamination. Suggest using squeeze bottle, placing under sneeze guard, or cover.
- Mechanical warewashing equipment, sanitization pressure
Pressure gauge on dish machine reading at 30 psi. When using hot water for sanitization rinse cycle must be maintained between 15-25 psi. Make repairs as needed.
- Package integrity
Can of grape jelly was dented in several places on top and bottom seal. Dented cans could potentially allow in contaminates. Discarded during inspection. CORRECTED.

Several inspections are posted but not the most recent. Must post most recent inspection in area readily viewed by the public.

In large bin holding bags of sugar there was quite a bit of suger on the bottom. Non food contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of food debris. Clean bin.

Three cans in dry storage were dented on top lid seam. When cans are dented on seams possible contamination could occur. Cans removed during inspection. CORRECTED.
