Observation:Has meat cooling on counter top at 127 degrees F, moved to cooler now, wtih lid off, must reach 70 degrees in first two hours, and to 41 degrees by 6 hours.

Observation: 1)Unshielded two bulb fixture in dry storage by ice machine does not appear to be shatter resistant, provide cover or shatter resistant bulbs. 2)Light in Pepsi reach in cooler not shielded or coated, provide protection for this bulb, as well, to help prevent shattering risk.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
Observation:Reusing cardboard box for storage items in reach in True cooler at bar and in dry storage area, provide containers that are smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent for this purpose, such as plastic. Cardboard should not be used for any items other than its original product.
- In-use utensils, between-use storage
Observation:Ice bin has scoop with handle touching the ice, must keep handle inverted out of the ice.
- Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service
Observation:Has spray sanitizer on prep table, must store it in area separate from foods and food contact surfaces, moved to area underneath foods, etc.

Must wear an eefective hair restraint when handling food. Hair tied back is not a hair restraint. (Ex. Hat, Hair Net, Visor, or Bandana)

1) Ice scoop handle for ice bin behind bar was sitting dirtectly in ice. Scoop handle must be inverted to prevent handle and hands contaminating ice. Suggest provide a cleanable storage surface for scoop outside of bin. 2) Pizza boxes and paper towels stored on floor in dry storage room. Maintain at least 6 inches off the floor for easy cleaning and food protection. 3) Torn door gasket for reach-in freezer across from pizza cooler. Repair gasket to ensure proper seal of door and prevent condensation building-up and freezing.
- Posting of a valid license
Posting license but not inspection report. Must post both the license ad most recent inspection report in public view.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Provide thermometer for pizza reach-in cooler. Ensure food is maintained 41 degrees or below.
- Storage or display of food in contact with water or ice
1) Pizza cooler and 2) Reach-in freezer across from pizza cooler have ice/water build-up from condensation. Repair to prevent water/ice contaminating food. Units should not have condensation build-up if working properly.
- Plumbing system repaired according to law
3 compartment sink faucet behind bar is leaking. Repair to maintain plumbing in good condition and working order.
