If scoop is stored in product then it must have a handle and the handle must be stored outside of the product. 2) Norlake milk cooler has a torn door gasket. Must replace door gasket to ensure adequate temp is maintained. 3) Observed spatula and whisk with burned handles. May not use any utensil that is not in good working condition. Both were discarded at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection. 4) Can opener in kitchen and both microwaves in dining area have become soiled. Must keep clean to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination.
