    Observation: 1) Hot faucet on hand sink is leaking. 2) Drain line on 2 compartment of 2 tank sink is leaking. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair. Repair as needed.

    Over flow pan on griddle over flowed on the floor behind oven. Clean up and maintain cleaning at frequency to prevent future issues.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Two things of deli meats were not dated. All potentially hazardous foods must be dated and than used or discarded within 7 days. Date meat when package is opened.
  • Indoor and outdoor surfaces
    Carpet is installed in dry storage pantry. Carpet is not a cleanable surface and is not allowed in areas of food storage. Remove carpet and install floor that is smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent.

    There is build up on ice machine ice trays. All food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. Empty, wash, rinse, and sanitize machine.

    Overall excellent job of date marking. Container of hamburger veg soup was observed in reach-in cooler not dated. All potentially hazardous foods must be dated and then used or discarded within 7 days. Soup discarded during inspection. CORRECTED.

    Carpet is installed in dry storage closet. Flooring where food items are stored must be smooth, cleanable and nonabsorbent. Remove carpet and install a cleanable flooring.
