    Observation: No procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Posted on wall and corrected.
  • Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
    Observation:Date marking is good, but several foods in plastic bags with meat patties, cooked chicken,cooked sausages, home-made radish dip and similar that required (TTC/PHF) were not date marked in reach in cooler and freezer. Manager removed, discarded and date marked, Corrected.
