    Observation:Has cases of herbs stored on floor in dry storage area, must store all foods off the floor by at least 6 inches. 2) Has 6 plastic shelving units with lowest shelf set up close to floor, must adjust all lower shelves to be at least 6 inches off the floor.
  • Sponges not used on clean or in use food contact surfaces
    Observation:Has sponges in sink for warewashing, must not be used on food contact surfaces or clean equipment, does have cloths to use.
  • Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
    Observation:Has been rinsing sanitizer off as final step, must rinse then sanitize, and let air dry. Does have correct order posted on exterior of sinks and will now follow that.

    Observation:Has case of single use nut butter containers on floor in dry storage area, must store at least 6 inches off floor.

    Need a handsink near warewashing area for usage, contact licensed plumber.
