    Observation:1) Backsplash of countertops to wall juncture needs to be caulked yet to aid cleaning, both kitchen and food self-serving area. 2)Interior cut cabinet areas where plumbing is installed needs to be smoothed and sealed to aid cleaning.

    Observation:New one piece drop in three compartment sink is not large enough to totally submerge many of the kitchen serving trays, must provide sinks with capacity to totally submerge items
