Observation: The urinal in unisex restroom is out of the order during the inspection. Must repair and be in good working order. Manager called for service.

Observation: Ice bin machine is out of order and stored on the back area. Remove any equipment that is no longer working or fix it.

Observation: 1)The soda nozzles have EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF MOLD BUILD UP. ALL THE NOZZLES WERE REMOVED. Due to only one employee is working this employee cannot wash, rinse, and sanitise at this time. When two staff are here one SHALL WASH RINSE AND SANITIZE THE SODA NOZZLES. The nozzles in the back warewashing area. SHALL CLEAN AF OFTEN AS NECESSARY TO KEEP CLEAN. A OUT OF ORDER SIGN WAS POSTED AT THE SODA FOUNTAIN MACHINE THIS SIGN SHALL REMAIN POSTED UNTIL THE NOZZLES HAVE BEEN WASHED, RINSED, AND SANITISED.2) The microwave had a small amount of build up. THIS WAS CORRECTED ON SITE.3) The sanitizer side of the 3 compartment has an excessive build up of cappuccino in the drain. SHALL CLEAN AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY TO KEEP CLEAN.

Observation: The front door had a NO SMOKING SIGN POSTED BUT THIS WAS NOT THE OFFICIAL NO SMOKING SIGN. Given during this inspection, posted in a conspicuous place at the front entrance door. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Observation: Recent delivery a box of cappuccino powder mix was stored on the floor. ALL food items shall be AT LEAST 6" OFF THE FLOOR TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION. CORRECTED ON SITE.

Observation: The urinal in the unisex restroom is not flushing. This restroom has a working toilet. Repair or replace the urinal to have it flush properly.

1) Observed a burnted out light bulb in Dr. Pepper reach-in cooler. Replace. 2) Used mop was stored in mop bucket. Must provide a hook for mop or drape over bucket to allow to air dry in between uses.

1) Chemical items were stored above napkins on the shelf in empty cans storage. 2) Chemical items were stored above single service items at grocery section. All chemical items must be store separated from food and food contact surface.
