    Observation: Unable to determine if light bulb in pizza warmer is ahtter proof. Every light bulb that is exposed to food and food items must be shielded or shatter proof. Replace or provide shield.

  • PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
    Observation: Hot dogs being held at 115 degrees. All potentially hazardous foods must be held at 135 degrees or higher. Turned up during inspection. CORRECTED.
  • Raw fruits and vegetables washed before cutting, combining with other ingredients, cooked, served, or offered for human consumption in a ready to eat form
    Observation: As noted during inspection dated July 2013 must have a food prep sink for washing veggies. Establishment continues to prep tomatoes without food prep sink. Must install food prep sink or serve pre sliced tomatoes from licensed establishment.
  • Common name-working containers
    Observation: Bucket of bleach water is not labeled. Working containers of chemicals must be identified with common name. Label bucket. CORRECTED.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Raw shelled eggs being stored over drinks in reach-in cooler. Raw eggs must be stored on bottom shelve. CORRECTED.
