Observation: Hot water is leaking from faucet when is opened in hand washing sink next to reach-in cooler in the kitchen. All physical facilities must be in good repair condition to prevent bacteria build up. Repair to maintain in good condition.

Observation: QA sanitizer is too strong at 400ppm and does not meet the concentration requirements. Sanitizer concentration must be maintained between 200ppm (neutral). Replace more frequently. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation:Cloth cording material as interior of gasket is still exposed on door frame, consider replacing gasket with cleanable material. When needs to be replaced, the walk in must be constructed of a material other than wood interior.

Observation:Small walk in cooler in kitchen has old style wooden interior and torn gasket, remove the cloth like material that is no longer cleanable, to aid cleaning. When replaced, wood is no longer acceptable for interior of coolers.

Light in walk in cooler has light shield removed, must replace the shield or provide a shatter resistant bulb, replaced light shield now. Corrected on site.

Edges of both dry storage wooden shelving has some chipped edges with exposed wood, touch up paint with at least two coats of light colored paint or varnish the worn edges to make all areas smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent.
- Mechanical warewashing machine pressure measuring devices, data plate, internal baffles, and flow pressure device
Needle has come off of the pressure gauge at dishmachine area. Unit had been serviced after last inspection. Must contact service to have gauge repaired again, must have pressure gauge operational to ensure pressure is between 15-25 psi.
