    Observation: The following need additional cleaning - the sides of fryers and grill, and the area under the grill and the sides of the ice bin in the bar.

    Observation: Do not use container that previously held ice melt to store red pepper flakes. Food was discarded

    Observation: Handsink in middle of kitchen and waitress handsink need paper towels.

    Observation: Employee observed with dirty apron at start of shift. Employees outer clothing shall be cleaned. She got another apron.

    Observation: Employee drinks found uncovered and over food prep surfaces - drinks shall be covered, use a straw and store on a bottom shelf. Drinks were discarded.

    Observation: In waitress area do not store sanitizer over wrapped flatware. Toxic was moved.

    Observation: Do not store chorizo in same container as peppers, single wrapped cheese slices and bans, also do not store chorizo over juices. Chorizo was moved.

    Observation: Six pans of beans cooked yesterday are 59F - you have 6 hrs to bring the food down to 41F. All foods were discarded.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: The following need additional cleaning - the chains holding up the shelves, lower shelves and outside of bulk food containers.
