Observation: Employee drink cups observed over food prep areas - they shall be covered, use a straw and place on a bottom shelf. Cups were moved.

Observation:White fridge is holding potentially hazardous foods at 56F - food was discarded. Dorm style fridge is holding potentially hazardous foods at 46-56F - foods were discarded. Salad make table is holding lettuce at and dressing at 50F - food was discarded. The interior of the make table was holding pancake batter at 48F - also discarded. The following food was found on the counter turkey -56F and black bean mix 69F - discarded. Potentially hazardous foods shall be 41F or below.

Observation: Scoop for raw ground meat found in container of cooked turkey on make table. The turkey was discarded.
