    Observation: When cooking or prepping food all employees must wear an effective hair restraint such as a hat, hair net, or visor.
  • Light bulbs, protective shielding
    Observation: Light in down stairs fridge is not shielded. All light bulbs exposed to food and food items must be shatter proof or shielded. Replace bulb or provide shield.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: 1) All flooring installed must be non absorbent and easily cleanable. Repair floor in walk thru and area in front of walk-in cooler. 2) All exposed wood must be sealed with two coats of light colored paint or varnish.
  • Toilet room

  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation: Cabinet under 3 tank sink has water damage. Repair as needed.
  • Plumbing system maintained in good repair
    Observation: 1) Women's RR faucet is running. CORRECTED. 2) When emptied the 3 tank sink leaks. Repair as needed.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation: Raw hamburger being stored on top shelve. All food must be stored in a manner that will prevent contamination. Moved during inspection. CORRECTED.

    Observation: Ice machine chute has build up. Empty, wash, rinse, and sanitize.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Downstairs hand sink is being blocked by table. Hand sink must be accessible for hand washing at all times. Move table.
  • Common name-working containers
    Observation: Container of sanitizer and soap were not labeled. All working containers must be labeled with the common name of the chemical. Labeled during inspection. CORRECTED.
  • Beverage tubing, cold plates, and ice unit drain lines
    Observation: Cold plate in down stairs bar is in contact with ice in the ice bin. Beverage tubing and cold plate must be separated from ice used as an ingredient. Remove cold plate or provide barrier.
