Observation: 1) Using cleaner to clean tables without sanitizer. 2) Sanitizer dispenser was not working. QA concentration was tested below 150ppm.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Cooked eggs was temped 50*F in cold holding container.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation: Didn't have QA test strips in kitchen.

Do not have most recent inspection report posted. Must post most recent inspection report in area viewable to public.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observed cut fruit in tupperware container without date mark. Must date mark all ready to eat (RTE) food with date opened/prepared and then discard within 7 days unless entire contents will be used within 24 hours.
- Linens- cleaning and storage
Observed single use items (cups, etc.) sitting on floor in kitchen area. All food items must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination and facilitate easy cleaning.
- Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
Observed pitchers sitting in handsink in kitchen area. Must not use handsinks for any other purpose than handwashing to prevent contamination.
- Common name-working containers
Observed chem bottles without label. Must label all working containers with common name to allow easy identification.
- Drying mops
Observed mop bunched up in mop bucket in kitchen area. When not in immediate use must allow mop to air dry by inverting head, hanging from rack/wall, or draping head over side of bucket.
