Datemark the taco meat that comes out of the freezer with a second date. The meat is dated 1/25. Food was discarded. Corrected at time of inspection

Box of lettuce stored on the floor in walk-in was also under raw ground beef, package of hot dogs and leftover pizza was stored in reach-in on same tray as raw ground beef. Store raw meats sep and below ready-to-eat foods to protect against possible cross contamination. Inspector moved items. Corrected at time of inspection
