    Observed home-canned salsa where the kitchen was used for the canning process and the salsa will be taken home and used for personal use and not served to the public. Salsa to be removed tonight for correction.
  • Beverage tubing, cold plates, and ice unit drain lines
    Complete separation is needed between ice used for serving drinks and ice in contact with the cooling plate behind the bar.
