Are we not including cities in Latin America... Clubs in Buenos Aires dont even open until 1 or 2 am... You can walk home at like 6 or 7 and still see people drinking next to people eating their breakfast...

For a city that never sleeps...
in my opinion New York City at 3am was quiet...
...not busier than London for example.

Some people mention Dublin. Everything is closed between 2 and 3am.
Maybe in African/Asian megacities??

Whoever listed Los Angeles apparently has never been to Los Angeles.

They roll up the sidewalks every morning at 2:00 am.

I agree with Las Vegas - each time I've been there the place was alive 24/7.

Agree with lots of cities already mentioned by others, but will add Budapest - tons of places serving booze and entertaining the masses non-stop. Certain areas of town are packed with folks any time of the night, and New Year's Eve is truly a sight to behold there. In LA, NYE means diddly-squat. Most LA folks go to Vegas when they want to stay out at all hours of the night.

Paris sure isn't. Except for the Marais, the whole city shuts down on Sunday.
