Where is the most beautiful island in the world? (crime, houses)

I haven't seen all the islands, or even a lot of them, but of those I've seen, my vote goes the French island of Reunion in the Indian Ocean. Everything on the islands ranges from lovely to spectacular, including the main city.

There are islands which are higher, but none of them rises to it's highest point in such a short distance.

I think all of the pictures in this thread are stunning. But in my opinion nothing beats the northern nature type (Scandinavia, Canada, Russia etc).

As the title of thread says beautiful island, I 'll go for El Nido and Amanpulo Islands in Palawan, Philippines
