Since Manitowoc Rapids, WI is located in an unincorporated area, it is not in the city of Manitowoc. Therefore, it does not have the same rights, as those people who live in the city of Manitowoc. The city of Manitowoc does not adhere to the laws of the Wisconsin Statutes, nor does the county.d

Does the city have a right to cut an opening to a cul de sac in a city subdivision? There is a landscape service in the county and on our city street we have nothing but large dump trucks, semi trucks, tractors, traffic from that service is all day long with the equipment. The owner of the business is a bully. He looks for trouble and harasses us a lot. He also finds the most private parts of a person's life. He has also told me that he is gong to kill me, if he has to stop using our street. He has a road on the side of his property that should be used for all of this equipment.

I would like your input about this disgusting matter.
