Well it depends on where you live. I live in Green Bay and I need a hat, gloves, snow pants (heavy pants will work too), a heavy jacket, possible boots and quite honestly some long socks cause it gets pretty cold. No matter how old you are you should have snow pants because you will probably have to end up going outside.
