He's a nothing special sort of guy down so maybe a he goes in front of a judge and pull his license this time ! He was also tail gating a lady before the wreck . What more can be expected from him as he has proven to be a screw up .

There may be some karma in play given Cape Coral FL was largely either flattened and/or underwater after Hurricane Ian. Given the price of the home in question would guess it is (or was) waterfront.
Yes homes were damaged but a majority were not. Keep in mind the news coverage is always in the worst areas but even then it can be "staged"
