Hi all,
We finally have our brightline stop in Boca, but I was quite disappointed to see that it generally does not stop in Boca heading north in morning, or south in the afternoon. This makes the train quite useless for those of us commuting to west palm.

I have reached out to brightline and they gave me the usual "we'll reconsider in the future based on passenger patterns". This is a bit ridiculous to me because the trains are running, just not stopping. This doesn't cost more than a couple minutes.

A sizeable piece of central real estate was devoted to this, so I think it's quite unfair to Boca residents/taxpayers/visitors. I encourage everyone to reach out to brightline at hello@gobrightline.com or the Boca city manager at BocaCM@ci.boca-raton.fl.us and push the brightline to add these stops I'm Boca.

Thanks in advance for the help in getting this through!

Based on passenger patterns?
I'm not even sure I don't understand what that means
Passenger demand for use? passenger actual use of the service?

If Trirail offers continuous service, both ways, throughout business days, the what makes them think that demand for Brightline is/should be less? which passenger patterns? I would thing the continuous service also benefits those who do not live in Boca but work in Boca!

Yes I think "based on passenger patterns" means "go away and don't bother us." There are plenty of people taking the tri rail, and probably even more who drive due to various tri rail issues that would happily take brightline.

I went to see Wicked in Miami and I wanted to do Brightline from Boca but even on the weekends every other train skips Boca so coming out of the show I would have waited two hours. Given they jacked the price up last minute too it was cheaper to Uber. F*ck Brightline. I hate their pricing system
