Hi guys - we are having a discussion in the Canada forum regarding tourists wearing Canadian flags.
In my five years of travelling back and forth to the UK and in living there the last year, I have not seen anyone wearing a Canadian flag. Not once. I saw a Canadian flag once covering the window of a terrace house in Northants, and that was it.
I have been to Stonehenge, in London a lot, through Scotland, Wales last year, and in many touristy Camden areas, on double decker bus tours, etc. I went to France this past April as well - and nary a Canadian flag on a person there either!
So question for those living in the UK - am I blind? Do you guys see Canadian flags plastered on people?

I consider myself bi-continental
But seriously, I've never seen anyone ever wearing a Canadian flag. Anywhere.
Oh my god yes!! I'm really shocked at the responses so far??
I see them all the time in Windsor, and all over the place in London - on backpacks, flag pins, baseball caps etc. I think they make a point of it so as to not get confused with Americans (however annoying that is in itself!)
Canadian flags are all over the place - but maybe I just notice them more becasue I find it so funny!
