If only they built the stadium: 5 years, ago and twice as big, then San Diego could have kept the Chargers.

Dumb A%% could have built his own stadium 10 years ago for the amount he was demanding tax payers shell out. Now he's a renter. It's hilarious. He had so much advice and was so butt hurt he told everyone I'm taking my ball and going home. Except, there was no home. Rocket Scientist.

Nope, Not with Tax Payers Money and Land, Which is what Alex Spanos wanted. John Moore Ex Owner of the Padres had already gotten over on the tax payers in this City. The Spanos Family was asked to go in with John Moores Group in building Petco Park, and making it a football and baseball Sports Complex, and they said no. The Chargers Wanted their own sweetheart deal like John Moores.

You know the type deal where the city gives you the land, then you have your own constitution company https://www.jmirealty.com/ build Million Dollars Condos on the surrounding Land. Then sell The Team a few years later for a Record Profit.

Agreed
That tax money should go to renovating the Convention center. I was just there for Comic Con, Place is a dump now.
