Sorry, I know this was posted a few months back, but wanted to chime in as that's a nice building. Yeah, not "big" but quality.

I am happy to see this moving forward! The EDDC is doing great work. I was looking into moving into Erie but the social climate and some other factors tore me away to looking into Pittsburgh. Erie has potential and I’m glad to see they took advantage of opportunity zones and such to get investment in. I hope the best for the area, that’s for sure. The town is filled with individuals who dislike change but thankfully there are those that do want change.

I am curious what are the EDDC’s next projects after this and their food hall. Will be interesting to see for sure!!

For additional info about what's going on in downtown Erie see

https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/sho...209225&page=24
Go back a few pages to see other projects.

Also here's a live vid cam of on going construction of $26.5M upgrade to the Warner Theatre

https://webcams.epicwebstudios.com/o...-french-webcam

Note the big white wall is a temp to keep weather out of the main seating area.
The construction is mainly expanding the stage, additional dressing rooms and a rehearsal
area for Erie's Philharmonic Orchestra.
