A company did work for me. they're registered in county X, but the contract i have with him says to file any suit against him in Fairfax County.
I called the state corp commission and got the address and name for the registered person and it's indeed NOT in fairfax.
Which county should i file the civil suit in? (Fairfax or the county the business is registered in?)

Work was in a third county in northern VA. I will most likely do it myself but in civil.
