Yes, Pelham Parkway has a big Albanian presence. Also, I haven't been there yet, but there's a burek place on Lydig Ave. that's supposed to be pretty good: New York - Best Of - Albanian - Burektorja Dukagjini (2008) - Village Voice

Cool, so that's Albanian. The pizza shop around my way has those. It figures since the family that runs it is Albanian.

As for the thread question, they seem to be most heavy around Pelham. But there spread out in a few other places like Belmont and Morris Park also.
