Yea Westover, Cheat Lake, Granville, Star City and all the unincorporated places should be annexed into Morgantown IMO....

And I go along with the thinking that if you have MUB you should be part of Morgantown.

No town homes.. Only single family. We currently have about 150 and another 80 to be built within the next few years.

That makes no sense. Morgantown cannot just start annexing other incorporated places because people want it to. These are separate towns with their own governments, tax systems and staffs.

Harvest Ridge is a very nice community full of Dan Ryan houses.

They've made the foray into subdivision development. They still typically prefer third party developers.

well obviously those "towns" would have to want it, but Morgantown could easily coax them into it....There doesnt even seem to be any attempt at all, which is is very weird..Annexation makes absolute perfect sense for a growing area.....it happened with Sabraton.....
