On Thursday 29June PTC2e became TS Beatriz along the S Mexico coast. As of 2pEDT Friday 30June, now has rapidly intensified to Hurricane with winds 80mph(130km/h), moving NW 13mph(20km/h), pressure 992mb. Hurricane & TS Watch/Warnings up for S coast of Mexico.
Tiny, Hurricane winds extend up to 10miles(20km) from center, TS winds 70miles(110km). Center about 45miles (70km) SW of Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico, or about 150miles (245km) SE of Manzanillo, Mexico. Expected to ride right along the coast through Manzanillo to just SW or near Puerto Vallarta on Saturday.
